New app to make buying a sofa easy

When you’re buying a new sofa the flattering spotlights and ideal space of a showroom can make trying to envisage how it will look in your own home difficult. Sofa specialists CSL have developed a brilliant solution to avoid misjudged purchases, with the launch of their new app, ‘In Your Room.’

‘In Your Room’ lets your preview how any of CSL’s 12,000 sofas will look in your own home and is available for free download for iPhones and on CSL’s recently relaunched website.

The app is simple and straightforward to use; just upload an image of your room and place your chosen sofa into the desired space to see how it will look. If that’s not enough, take a look at the iPhone app where you can manipulate the sofa on screen in real time through your iPhone camera to get a realistic impression of how it will fit in with your existing furniture.

If you’re still unsure about your sofa, you can share your images with family and friends for a second-opinion through Facebook, Twitter and email.
