Decorating advice app

If you’re not an experienced DIY-er, working out which tools you need for a particular job can be difficult. Harris, manufacturer of quality decorating products, have launched a fantastic Decorating Advisor iPhone app to help you find the best tools for the job.

You can browse the full Harris ranges by product (including brushes or rollers) or task (e.g. prepare or paint) to choose from a selection of suitable tools for your job. You can also search through the 'How To…' feature to get useful tips and advice for your decorating ventures.

Plus, the app features a built-in paint calculator so you don’t have to worry about pots of leftover paint that you’ll never use. Simply enter your room dimensions in metres (width, length and ceiling height) to work out how many litres of paint you’ll need.
