This year, the Worcester, Bosch Group, is undergoing a very exciting new project. Showing just how nature can seamlessly provide energy for our homes, it will have it’s very own stunning Urban Garden at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show, 24 – 28th May.Working with award-winning architect and landscape designer, Olivia Kirk, who scooped a Silver Gilt award at last year’s show, the urban garden incorporates solar, ground source and air source heat pumps among an abundance of striking planting and features chosen to represent the four elements of earth, air, fire and water.

Helena is Deputy Editor of Real Homes magazine and has gradually been updating the Georgian flat she shares with husband Gareth since they bought it in 2004. Each room has been transformed in a traditional style to work with the existing period features and room proportions, but with a contemporary edge to incorporate fixtures such as a cast iron bath or classic chandelier with up-to-date colours and modern flock wallpapers. Helena and Gareth are expecting their first child this Spring and are overhauling their dated and broken kitchen before he is born.
Cat is a graphic designer and web designer, as well as an artist and print maker. She has a passion for interiors and often gets involved in designing other people's homes, as well as designing events and parties. She has a young son (who has just turned one), and a dog called Lollypop. Cat and her husband recently purchased a four bedroom 1970s house with a very old fashioned interior, and have undertaken an ongoing project to update it's interior whilst keeping the perfect layout.

New to magazines, English Literature graduate Lucy joined Real Homes as Editorial Assistant in July 2010. Although she initially started her career in a large accountancy firm, Lucy has always had an interest in the arts and the written word, following her BA degree at Cardiff University, and was delighted when she was given the opportunity to work at Real Homes.
